Fish Broth

This is a super easy all-natural and healthy Fish Soup recipe that Sophie enjoys making! It's delicious and good for you!

Ingredients
4 oz Tomato Puree
6 cups of water
3 tea bags of Fish Bouillon spices - bouillon teabags have nothing processed or unnatural in them. (equivalent to 3 or 4 bouillon cubes)
-3 small onions
-3 garlic cloves
-2 to 2.5 pounds of your favorite flaky fish
Spices to taste
-Salt
-Pepper
-Thyme

Directions
Put all ingredients (except fish) into a medium-to-large deep pan. Once brought to a boil, lower to a simmer and add fish. Cook for approx 15 minutes until fish is completely cooked. Serve. Eat!

Fish Broth is a great dinner recipe. Enjoy!

Note: Recipe makes enough spread for 4-6 servings.

If you decide to make a fish broth make sure you don't eat the fish while you are in the first stages of eating, when you are recovering from pancreatitis. Fish isn't going to be the easiest food for the pancreas to digest during the early stages of recovery.

That being said, Fish Broth is nutritious and absolutely delicious and will help keep you well feed and not hungry during these early stages.

Also, make sure you don't use too many spices or too much cream as spices and fatty foods are hard on the pancreas to digest.
