Beef Broth Enjoy making this easy Beef Broth recipe. It is a simple recipe and wonderful for the early stages of a liquid pancreatic diet. 7 cups water 3 beef bouillon cubes or beef spice tea bags - the teabags instead are all natural, whereas a lot the ingredients in bouillon cubes are not actually foods. 3 small onions 3 garlic cloves Spices to taste -Salt -Pepper Pour water into large deep pan. Add onions and garlic. Add spices to taste. Once brought to a boil, lower to a simmer and allow to cook for approx 30-45 minutes. Serve. Eat! Beef Broth is a light and easy food when on a liquid diet or simply not in the mood for anything heavy. Enjoy! This recipe makes enough broth for approximately 6-7 servings. If you decide to make a beef broth from real beef make sure you don't eat the beef while you are in the first stages of eating. Meats are very hard for the pancreas to digest.
